Betty Draper Bun Redux

Many of you liked the Betty Arch bun tutorial below but expressed doubt as to whether or not you could pull it off.

Here are a few interpretations that will give you inspiration and dare I say ... cajones?
Meet Blair of Atlantic Pacific Blog
Blair is so adorable and chic in her rolled bun
that I kind of want to squeeze her.
Not hard, just a little squeeze that I could maybe tack onto a hug or something?
it's Betty Draper meets 2011 ...
Look at the sweet hair bow paired with beautiful black stilettos
naughty but nice!
visit Blair's website for a treasure trove of fashion
& hair inspiration

Next up, a German subscriber named Liz
Liz tied a ribbon around her ponytail to disguise it
and also added a 50s flare in the process!
Thanks for sending these in, Liz

And that my girls, is the Betty Draper redux!
Monday love to you xoxo BHB

  5. Hi!

I just found your blog and your youtube channel today and I just wanted to say thank you. Not only because your tutorials are great, but also for your video "who am i? where am i from?" I am a 22 year old girl from Scandinavia, I just came home from Australia ( I lived there for 19 months ) and I am soon moving to London again to start uni. Your video really inspired me to do what I really want, travel, see the world, meet new people and live in other cultures. I can't really understand people who don't want to do that.

So a big THANK YOU! I now really understand that I have made the right choises in my life. You only live once!

    All the best,
    Tilly
